Returns, exchanges and claims:
We hope you love your FOOTE items as much as we do! If you would like to make a return for some reason, please read the following information before you proceed with the return:
- Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 working days of receiving the order. As a customer you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after you recieve the goods.
- The returned items must be unused with the safety tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Items that are used, damaged, or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.
- If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, please read "How to make a claim" below.

How to make a return or exchange:
If you would like to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to return@footestudio.com.
- Make sure your order number is in the header of the email.
- To make sure we can provide better products please describe the reason for your return in the email and what products you want to return.
- If you want to exchange write the product you want to exchange with.
When the email is sent we will get back to you as fast as possible to send you your return label.
Please note the following:
- We do not stand for the return shipping cost and it will be deducted from your refund.
- We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.
- When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to keep the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.
- The return shipping cost is: Domestic: 99 NOK, International: 149 NOK

Please note that the shipping cost for the return will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your package, we will process the return and issue a refund to the original payment method. How to make a claim:
If you have received an item with defects or the wrong item (wrong color, size, or product) from what you have ordered, please email us at return@footestudio.com with your order number in the header. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect.
When your complaint has been received, we will come back to you with further shipping instructions.
Please note the following:
When you drop off your package at the post office, we recommend that you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.
